The KeepWiz beta and any non-public information you learn through it are confidential. Please don’t disclose it, publish screenshots or recordings, or describe how it works to third parties without our prior written permission. This doesn’t apply to information already public through no fault of yours.
Don’t copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or derive the workings of KeepWiz, or use your access to build or assist a competing product.
All intellectual property in KeepWiz remains owned by the operator. Your participation transfers no rights in KeepWiz to you.
Feedback you give may be used by us freely, without obligation or compensation, and improvements we make as a result are ours. You’re never obliged to give feedback, and it grants us no rights over your own data.
Handled per our Privacy Notice — encrypted in Sydney, documents in your own Google Drive, optional AI reading via Anthropic (US), Notifiable Data Breach notification. You choose whether to enter real data. We never ask for passwords, PINs or seed phrases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator isn’t liable for loss arising from beta use, including data loss. Nothing excludes rights that can’t lawfully be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
Access is by invitation and may be withdrawn at any time. On withdrawal you must stop using the beta and delete any confidential materials. You can export or delete your own data anytime.
